Achieving Consistency in Country Settings Across Entra ID and Exchange Online
Entra ID user accounts and Exchange Online mailboxes share many properties, including some for a user’s address. When it comes to countries, Azure AD has the country property while Exchange uses the CountryOrRegion property. Sometimes the two don’t match up.
