A Useful Teams and Skype Stencil for Plans and Documents
Visio is a much-loved tool for those who build plans, documents, and presentations because it’s easy to construct even very complicated charts using a vast array of stencils. Well, if you’re working on a project to deploy Teams in your Office 365 tenant, perhaps even to follow Microsoft’s direction and phase out Skype for Business Online, you should grab a copy of the Teams and Skype for Business Online Visio stencil.
Update April 2021: A set of stencils are available on GitHub.
This isn’t an official Microsoft stencil, but it’s good enough for most purposes. The official Visio stencil for Office 365 is also available online, but that hasn’t been updated since July 2016. The lack of an update is curious given the appearance of several new applications since (including Teams, which previewed in November 2016).
For more information about Teams, see Chapter 13 in Office 365 for IT Pros. For more information about the transition from Skype for Business Online to Teams, see Chapter 16. (Sorry, we don’t have a chapter on Visio…)
Is there anywhere else this can be downloaded? The Stencil is no longer available at the link you have in the article.

Sorry for the late reply …. too many projects at once. That seems to be a stencil package of the product logos for the various office 365 products.
It’s an old post… what exactly are you looking for? https://github.com/sandroasp/Microsoft-Integration-and-Azure-Stencils-Pack-for-Visio/tree/master/Office%20365 has the Office 365 stuff.
