A Primer for Microsoft Forms

Today’s Petri.com article describes my experience of getting to know Forms, an application that’s available to all Office 365 business customers (and in preview for Office 365 home).

Although most people will start off with some simple questions, pretty soon you’ll discover that it’s possible to build surprisingly sophisticated questionnaires with Forms.  It’s quite common for Microsoft product groups to use Forms to collect information from customers and other groups (like MVPs) when they seek opinions about future product features or other issues, and it’s always a good sign when you see Microsoft consuming its own technology.

We cover Forms in Chapter 9 of the Companion Volume for the Office 365 for IT Pros eBook. The companion volume is bundled with the EPUB/PDF edition but must be purchased separately if you want the companion volume for Kindle.
