Copilot Prioritize My Inbox Fades Away by March 2027
Microsoft has announced the retirement of the Copilot-powered Prioritize My Inbox feature. The process to remove the feature from Outlook clients is under way and should finish by the end of March 2027. Although the feature is relatively new, it’s not altogether surprising that its time is up because it’s very much a single-purpose feature that doesn’t seem to add much to the standard Focused Inbox. Perhaps more general-purpose Copilot automation will do a better job of finding truly important email.
